What the Heck does No. 9 mean?
We give thanks everyday to the Lobster, for giving us the opportunity to base our business around the cute little buggers. As our way of showing gratitude, every ninth lobster we buy is released back into the ocean. It’s our way of giving back to mother nature.

Chef’s Recommendation
We serve the freshest seafood in Rochester. Every day we get deliveries from Maine. That’s right, some poor kid has to make the drive from Rochester to Maine EVERY DAY so you can enjoy fresh seafood as if you were on vacation in Cape Cod. Everyone has different tastes, so our recommendation is to create your own personal dinner by choosing a few of your favorite seafood items, and a few of your favorite sides dishes. Enjoy!

Don't Get Upset...
We place our order every night for the next days delivery. The seafood is then purchased at the docks in Maine early in the morning and driven up to Rochester by 4pm. In order to cook only fresh seafood, we try not to over order. If we run out of your favorite item, don't get upset, we'll have a fresh delivery coming in again tomorrow.
